I was tired of this vicious cycle of losing & gaining. I was physically tired. I was tired of always being self conscious and standing in the back of group photos despite being one of the shortest. I was tired of crying every time I stood in the dressing room. So I decided it was time to get serious, stop wasting my money on fads and quick fixes that didn’t work, and lose weight in a healthy way - clean eating and exercise. I didn’t care if it took me a year to do it or if I only lost a pound a week, I wanted results that would last. So I picked up a copy of Beachbody’s Hip Hop Abs and after that Insanity (because there was no way I was going to work out at a gym in front of other people) and the rest is history.
Within 6 months I lost nearly 60 pounds and my life had completely changed. Not only did I look like a different person, but I had a newfound confidence, was proud of what I had accomplished, and I stopped watching my life pass by and started actually living it.
Now, I pay it forward and help other women make the same physical and emotional transformation I did. I host monthly virtual boot camps where you follow the same home workout programs as me, I teach you more about balanced clean eating (I share my weekly meal plans too!), give you daily motivation, and hold you accountable to showing up and following through so you get results. These groups are such an amazing community of women. We are all on this journey together and support each other and cheer eachother on every step of the way. I know you’ll fit right in.
